Rangers Go Worst To First

One thing that makes the Chamberlain Cup Playoffs so special is that upsets occur on a regular basis. Case in point the Rangers who finished in 4th place in the 8U division with 10 points. They opened up the playoffs against the top seeded Kraken who had 24 points and who had beaten the Rangers in all 4 previous matchups. The 5th game was a different story. The Rangers won 5-3. That put them in the final against the Kings who also had a minor upset in the semifinal. The regular season saw each team win 2 close games and the championship proved to be another thriller with the Rangers narrowly winning 2-1. Congratulations to the team and Coaches on winning the Cup!
